Refund policy

At Visbiome®, we stand behind our products, our science, and our cold-chain shipping. We offer a Money-Back Guarantee for eligible Visbiome products purchased through Visbiome.com, our call center, or participating retail pharmacies.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Visbiome purchase, you may request a refund under our Satisfaction Program.

Your refund request must be postmarked within 60 days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, you must provide:

  • The original product package

  • Any remaining or used product

  • Your original receipt or packing slip

  • The original shipper box, when applicable

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the refund materials back to Visbiome. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Product Quantity Limit

The Satisfaction Program allows a refund for only one qualifying product per customer, including:

  • One bottle of Visbiome GI Care

  • One box of Visbiome Advanced GI Care

  • One box of Visbiome Extra Strength GI Care

  • One box of Visbiome GI Care Kids

Refund Requirements

Refund requests must be complete and include all required materials.

Incomplete submissions will not be honored.

Visbiome is not responsible for refund submissions that are lost, delayed, or not delivered.

Refunds generally take 6–8 weeks to process.

Refrigerated Products

Because Visbiome products require temperature-controlled storage and shipping, we generally do not accept standard returns or exchanges of refrigerated products.

If a product is damaged during shipping or there is an error with your order, a refund may be issued when the issue is determined to be the responsibility of Visbiome / ExeGi Pharma.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
