Visbiome® uses temperature-controlled shipping to help protect product quality during transportation.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for standard online orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• U.S. Virgin Islands

• Locations outside the contiguous United States

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 11:00 AM ET will typically ship the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET from Wednesday through Sunday may be held and shipped the following week depending on transit time, weather, and temperature conditions.

Orders scheduled to ship on a holiday will ship on the next eligible business day.

Delivery Time

Most orders are generally delivered within approximately 2–3 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping methods may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, product requirements, and delivery timing.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Visbiome products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs and temperature-monitoring measures.

Products should be stored under refrigerated conditions after delivery, generally at 36–46°F (2–8°C), according to the applicable product instructions.

Visbiome products may be stored at room temperature for up to one week without adversely affecting potency, according to the manufacturer's guidance.

Physical Address Required

A physical delivery address is required for all online orders.

Visbiome does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been prepared for shipment.

No Signature Required

A signature is generally not required for delivery.

The delivery driver may leave the package at the delivery address.

Visbiome / ExeGi Pharma is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

The current expedited shipping option is $29.99 for eligible orders.

Orders placed before the applicable weekday cutoff will generally ship according to the expedited shipping schedule displayed by Visbiome at the time of purchase.

Weather and Seasonal Shipping

Because Visbiome products require temperature-controlled transportation, some orders may be held temporarily when shipping conditions could compromise product quality.

Shipping schedules may change during periods of extreme summer or winter weather.
