These Terms and Conditions govern purchases of Visbiome® products from Visbiome.com and apply to all orders placed through the website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Any additional or inconsistent provisions contained in an order acknowledgment or other document will not apply unless separately agreed to in writing.
2. Product Prices and Payments
Product prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes and other charges imposed by federal, state, local, municipal, or foreign authorities are the responsibility of the buyer where applicable.
Payment is due according to the terms presented during the ordering process.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
Visbiome reserves the right to correct pricing, clerical, computer, or other informational errors.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted regarding the applicable resolution.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when products are delivered to the buyer's address.
Products are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging designed to protect product quality.
Customers must provide a valid physical delivery address. Visbiome does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
Delivery of products is considered complete and in good condition unless Customer Service is notified within the applicable time period.
Claims concerning errors, damages, discrepancies, or shortages should be reported to Customer Service promptly.

6. Returns and Refunds
Because Visbiome products are refrigerated products, standard returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
Refunds may be available under the Visbiome Money-Back Guarantee or when a product is damaged during shipping or an order error is determined to be the responsibility of the seller.
The current Return & Refund Policy governs all refund requests.

Visbiome products should be stored according to the storage instructions provided with the product.
Products are shipped using cold-chain packaging with temperature-control measures designed to help maintain product quality.
